Information we collect

When you rent from us, apply, work with us as a vendor, or sign up for text messages, we collect your name, mobile phone number, email address, the property or unit you are associated with, and the content of messages you send us.

How we use it

We use this information only to manage your tenancy, respond to maintenance requests, send rent reminders and building notices, and coordinate service with vendors. We do not use it for marketing.

Sharing

We share information only as needed to do this work, for example giving a vendor your unit and contact details for a repair you requested, or as required by law. We use service providers (such as our text messaging provider) who process data on our behalf.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Security and retention

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and protect it with reasonable safeguards.
